I wrote a favorable CN telescope review for the Celestron CPC1100 years ago, based on my experience in Bryce Canyon NP. Yesterday I received a thank you from the astronomy club coordinator of a California high school thanking me.

The club sold hot dogs for $1 each after school and raised about $3000 to buy that scope, selling an "astronomical" number of hot dogs. They even nicknamed themselves the "Gastronomy" Club. The club members were "amazed" at the scope's ease of use, and told me it's a "great tool." They're saving money now for the accessories I recommended in my review.
