I have a 2" Lumicon filter slide, which I really enjoy using. However, it becomes a dew trap for my filters on the more humid nights. I wanted to try and build some sort of cover. Not only for dew protection, but so I could leave the filters permanently installed on the slide, and attached to the scope (my ep case has no room). I tried getting a piece of plexiglass with the intention of making a cover, but I found it difficult to cut curved and hard angles in acrylic sheets without cracking it.
Anyone come up with a better ATM solution. Or is there an aftermarket solution that I'm unaware of? I'd like to avoid anything that weighs much, as I don't want to upset my balance.

Try a router. Or maybe you could design it and have your plexiglass supplier cut it for you.
